Join Rachael for Yoga during school terms in

Coburg: 134 Nicholson Street, at Yellow Door Counselling (near the corner of Harding street) – NEW YOGA SPACE.

and

Thornbury: Autumn Retreat:129 Miller Street.

Rachael teaches a Hatha Flow or Vinyassa style class.  She enjoys teaching a class that moves with the breath as well as some holding of postures.   Classes are generally set around a theme to aid with the exploration of the self within the yoga practice.

Rachael’s classes suit all levels as she provides options in her classes.

Dates for Term 4 2019

Friday Mornings: 9.30am – 10.30am.  From Friday 11th October to Friday 13th December. Thornbury Location.

Wednesday early morning: 6.30am – 7.30am  From Wednesday 23rd October.  Coburg Location

Wednesday morning: 9.30am – 10.30am  From Wednesday 23rd October.  Coburg Location (no class on Wednesday 30th October)

Wednesday Evenings: 5.45pm – 7pm  From Wednesday 9th October to Wednesday 11th December. Thornbury Location

Thursday Evenings: 6.30pm – 7.30pm  From Thursday 14th November. Coburg Location.

Cost:  $135 for 10 classes  or $15 per class (casual rate – pay on the day).  Cash or direct deposit preferred. (Paypal option below includes paypal charges)
