Cost: $140 for 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) or $15 casual. Term 1 2020 pass $104 – or pro rata when you join part way through the term (8 classes – valid for specific class time)

It is appreciated that you turn up 5 minutes early when attending for the first time. Save time at your first session and complete the waiver and release form here.
While drop ins are welcome it is appreciated if you book your spot via text message to your teacher with your name and the date you would like to attend
About our teachers:
Rachael finds home through nature and working with the body. She has practiced yoga for 15 years and her practice has evolved over this time. Rachael now teaches a Hatha Flow or Vinyassa style class. She enjoys teaching a class that moves with the breath as well as some holding of postures. Classes are generally set around a theme to aid with the exploration of the self within the yoga practice. Hannah was drawn to yoga and meditation practices as an entryway into finding a greater sense of wellbeing. Hannah draws on her studies in psychology and counselling, work in the community and no-for -profit sector and diverse trainings in vinyasa, hatha and trauma informed yoga when facilitating and partnering with individuals and communities. She is curious about how we can use yoga to find a greater sense of ease, comfort, connection and agency in how we move in our bodies and in the world. She believes in the power of holding space for one another and creating safer spaces for individuals to explore aspects of their being. Ph: -0438 092 656
