About our teachers:
Rachael finds home through nature and working with the body. She has practiced yoga for 15 years and her practice has evolved over this time. Rachael now teaches a Hatha Flow or Vinyassa style class. She enjoys teaching a class that moves with the breath as well as some holding of postures. Classes are generally set around a theme to aid with the exploration of the self within the yoga practice.
