Hannah was drawn to yoga and meditation practices as an entryway into finding a greater sense of wellbeing.  Hannah draws on her studies in psychology and counselling, work in the community and no-for -profit sector and diverse trainings in vinyasa, hatha and trauma informed yoga when facilitating and partnering with individuals and communities.  She is curious about how we can use yoga to find a greater sense of ease, comfort, connection and agency in how we move in our bodies and in the world.  She believes in the power of holding space for one another and creating safer spaces for individuals to explore aspects of their being.  Ph: -0438 092 656
