Personalised mindfulness and meditation sessions

Are you new to Meditation / Mindfulness? Or maybe you want to learn some simple techniques that you can integrate into your day. An individual session with Rachael will include:

  • a discussion of your needs and what practices will best help you;
  • practicing and learning some mindfulness / meditation skills; and
  • a follow up email outlining the skills practiced / suggestions for integration and possible other relevant resources or links to resources.

COST $80 ($60 consession)






Meditation and Mindfulness Courses.

Join Rachael for Meditation and Mindfulness on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm during school terms. Classes are held at Autumn Retreat in Thornbury and run for 5 weeks.
