Into The Wild: A Women’s Meditation and Nature Retreat

This retreat is for brave, adventurous women of spirit. Women who choose to be real and who care about themselves, others and the world around them. It is also an opportunity to take care of yourself staying in beautiful and comfortable accommodation – this retreat is a gift for your soul.

Wild means a natural state of living or untamed. Wild can also mean amazing, unconventional and passionate. At this weekend retreat you are giving yourself the opportunity to return to your natural state. To step away from the distractions that life throws your way, to remind yourself who you are underneath it all. It is also an opportunity to listen to your soul, something that can be achieved through time in nature.

Staying in a beautiful house in Blairgowrie near the Mornington Peninsula National Park, this retreat is for women looking to spend time with their inner selves in a beautiful setting and to connect with nature.

Each day you can expect guided mindfulness and meditation exercises, both in the House as well as in nature. Time for silence, time to be with yourself in nature as well as time for sharing with other women.

You will have the opportunity to walk sections of the Coastal Walk along the Mornington Peninsula National Park (a shuttle will be arranged to pick us up after the walk) along stunning coastline and cliff top tracks and to connect with it’s beauty and rawness.

There will be time available for a one on one session with Rachael to explore what ever it is you would like to explore, or to simply be personally guided in Mindfulness and Meditation.

Dates and time:

11th-14th May 2016

Starting Thursday evening. Arrive between 7pm and 8pm for a light supper. We will have official start an introductions once everyone has arrived. Starting Thursday evening gives us 2 1/2 days to meditate, spend time in nature, walk and relax with other women. Finishing up after lunch on Sunday will give you plenty of time to get back to Melbourne early or to explore more of the peninsula before you return home.

Accomodation

Accomodation is in a Beautiful house in Blairgowrie within 5 minutes walk to the National Park. Sleeping up to 3 to a room in roomy bunk beds, or queen sized beds. You need to bring your own linen and towels. Single and bunk beds will be allocated on a first in first served or through group arrangement. Private rooms with a queen sized bed are available for an extra $100 per night. I can provide additional images of the rooms if you require. Places available

This is a unique intimate small group retreat opportunity limited to 6 places (only 2 left). The Price is $800 and includes all accommodation, meals and practices. Or pay $1000 for your own private room with queen sized bed.

Early bird offer – pay by December 31st 2016 and pay $600 (save $200)  Or pay a deposit of $100 by December 31st and pay $600 by 6 weeks before the retreat (total $700 save $100)

Food

All food and snacks are provided. Vegetarian, and all natural, wholesome foods. This food is not just good for you it is amazing, delicious and on its own will make you feel special and loved.

Should you have any dietary requirements please be in touch with Rachael. Meals included are: Thursday: supper. Friday:three meals plus snacks. Saturday : three meals and snacks. Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch and a snack.

What to bring

  • Sturdy walking shoes
  • Warm clothing
  • Towel and linen
  • A good quality water proof jacket
  • Waterproof / rainproof overpants (optional)
  • A small day pack to carry your jacket and own lunch (provided) in.
  • Bathers to wear in the outdoor spa (optional)
