Hepburn: Settle, Allow, Be.

A time to let your system settle, take a moment to breathe, allow and simply be.

Join me for this unique 2 day, 2 night women’s camping retreat, staying at Mt Franklin Camping Reserve.

Dates Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon June 21st – 23rd.

   

Run at a free camping reserve so that you can get the benefits of a retreat without the expense.  I have proposed the following itinery, however depending on weather and the group we can make adjustments to suit us.

Itinery:

Day 1: Friday

2.30pm – leave Melbourne to travel to Mt Franklin (My car plus possibly another depending on numbers)

4pm – arrive at Mt Franklin, choose a spot and set up tents

5pm – watch the sunset, – walk to the top o Mt Franklin if time and weather permits.  Gather and set intentions for the weekend.

6pm – Prepare and eat dinner, plus enjoy a campfire

evening – choice of quiet time, campfire meditations, letting go ritual.

Day 2: Saturday

7.36am   = sunrise – choice to get up and watch the sunrise

8am – morning gentle movement, meditation and solo time

9.30am – Breakfast

10am – Day outing – explore walking options along bush trails with a picnic lunch

after lunch explore the Hepburn Springs area

2pm – 4pm – Time to Bathe at the Springs – soak and relax (Prebooked).

4pm return to Mt Franklin – free time, quiet solo time

Sunset is 5.08pm

Dinner and campfire

evening reflection and mindfulness.

Sunday:

7.36am   = sunrise – choice to get up and watch the sunrise

8am – morning gentle movement, meditation and solo time

9am – time to pack up tents and camp.

9.30am breakfast.

10am choice of outing:

Options include: walk to chocolate mill; Visit Trentham – hike and have lunch there

1pm –  final reflection time, what are you taking home.

1.30pm Depart

3pm – arrive in Melbourne, goodbyes

This trip will go ahead with a minimum of 4 bookings, confirmed by 31st May.

COST: = $132 (includes food, bath experience, travel and costs)

plus a contribution to Rachael for her time ($100-$200 suggested and / or other contribution)

Other ways to contribute = offer to prepare a meal or 2, offer your car (only needed if we have over 4 women.
