“The insights and experiences I had on the Hepburn Mini retreat have really helped me gain more gratitude for what I have in my life and I have learn’t valuable skills to help me get my life back in balance and feel calmer and more connected to those around me and my everyday experiences” Hepburn retreat participant 2019

“I felt cared for and nourished on Rachael’s retreat.  I enjoyed offloading decision making and planning and there was a pleasant balance or being solo/alone within a small group.  I return home feeling reconnected to my self and more confident of spending time in nature on my own” Hepburn retreat participant 2019
