Bush Time is an opportunity to leave the city behind for the day or to find a bit of bush in the city for half a day. It is an opportunity:
- to be active as well as to be still;
- to connect and meet new people as well as to be silent;
- to be curious in nature and curious about ourselves and others;
- to create distance from the everyday so that we can see more clearly; and
- to have fun, to be playful and laugh.

The Seasons -1/2 Day Retreat Series
Join Rachael for 1/2 a day of yoga, meditation, relaxation, a gentle walk, circle time and some yummy food suited to each season. A day each season to be present for yourself.
These 1/2 day retreats can be done just as a single half day or as a series.
Summer: Monday 24th February 2020 (focus on values and hopes for the year ahead as well as yoga, nature connection and relaxation)
Autumn: Monday 27th April 2020
Winter: Monday 29th June 2020
Spring: Monday 21st September 2020
Time: 10am – 2pm
Where: A Coburg Location TBC.
Cost: $80 (includes a snack, teas and coffee as well as yoga guided meditation, nature connection and circle time). – $50 concession price available.

Bush Retreat 2020

This Retreat will be run from a Friday afternoon to a Sunday afternoon.
This retreat is an opportunity to spend time in a bush setting is a supportive environment. There will be opportunities for walking, meditation, group processes, and solo time. You will be supported with nutritious food, new skills and tools. There will also be the opportunity to have individual sessions with Rachael that will assist you to deepen into yourself.
