Bush Time

An opportunity for Adventure, Connection and Reflection.

Bush Time is my new offering for 2017.  Bush Time is an opportunity to get just that – Bush Time.

Bush Time is an opportunity to leave the city behind for the day:

  • to be active as well as to be still;
  • to connect and meet new people as well as to be silent;
  • to be curious in nature and curious about ourselves and others;
  • to create distance from the everyday so that we can see more clearly; and
  • to have fun, to be playful and laugh.

1/2 Day Retreat

Join Rachael for 1/2 a day of meditation, relaxation, a gentle walk and some yummy food.  A day to be kind to yourself, a day to let go and to be present for yourself.

When: Monday 14th August

Time: 10am – 2pm

Where: 13 Meadow Street Coburg.

Cost: $20 to confirm your spot plus a donation on the day (includes a snack, teas and coffee as well as guided meditation)  Please also bring some lunch to share.

Bush Retreat 2018

Settle and Be 12-13th of January

This Retreat will be run in January 2018 from Friday morning to Saturday afternoon.

This retreat is an opportunity to spend time in a bush setting is a supportive environment.  There will be opportunities for walking, meditation, group processes, and solo time.  You will be supported with nutritious food, new skills and tools.  There will also be the opportunity to have individual sessions with Rachael that will assist you to deepen into yourself.
