Join Rachael for Meditation and Mindfulness along the Merri Creek in Coburg on Tuesday mornings in 2018 at 6.30 – 7.30am during school terms. Sessions suit all levels of experience.
Each session with Rachael will take you on a journey of self exploration and discovery. The session structure usually includes a pause or mini meditation on the senses and checking in with everyone. There are then two more meditations, the first is usually a practice, for example a breath meditation or a walking Meditation and the second a reflection based on the weeks theme and quiet time along the Creek.
Rachael offers unique meditations, inspired by nature, drawn from personal experience and understanding of the different ways we communicate to ourselves (including thought, images, emotion, sensation and movement).

Due to other work and family committments Rachael is not running these sessions at this stage but hopes to again in the future. If you are interested please contact Rachael to let her know so she can put you on an interested list.
